South Gosforth sits between Gosforth proper — covered elsewhere on this site, with its racecourse and grand villas — and Newcastle's inner suburbs, its streets generally denser and more modestly terraced than Gosforth's High Street end. It shares Gosforth's excellent Metro connections and much of its convenient, sought-after character.
